A Change of Events Request must be submitted FOUR WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

Please note that if you require food service or a room setup you will need to fill out a Conference and Events Contract in addition to this form. The Office of Student Activities & Leadership Development reserves the right to make all room assignments and reserves the right to make changes to assignments based on availability and capacities. We will do everything we can to accommodate all requests.
