Information Release Policy

The Office of Alumni Relations of Heidelberg College will release contact information to alumni on an individual basis. Information can be requested via email at alumni@heidelberg.edu or by directly contacting the office at 419-448-2028.

The Office of Alumni Relations of Heidelberg College will use alumni contact lists on an as needed basis for official College business. Official College business includes, but is not limited to, making phone calls and emails for area alumni events, class reunions for Homecoming and Alumni Weekend, and solicitations.

Full contact lists will be no longer be distributed to individuals or groups outside of the College.

For individual contact purposes alumni may contact the Office of Alumni Relations. The office staff will ask for the requestee's contact information. This information will then be printed onto a postcard and sent to the requested alumnus/a. Contact information will no longer be given out via phone call or email by the Office of Alumni Relations staff.
