Transfer RequirementsIf you are considering transferring to Heidelberg College, you will need to submit the following items:
To be considered for admission, transfer students must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. Transfer CreditGenerally, courses in which you earned a C- or better should transfer unless considered too technical or below the college level. Your GPA from prior college work does not transfer to Heidelberg. Your Heidelberg GPA will be based solely on the coursework you complete at Heidelberg. Heidelberg does not limit the number of hours that you can transfer, but only 60 hours from two-year institutions can be applied toward your Heidelberg degree. All students must complete a minimum of 30 semester hours at Heidelberg to qualify for a bachelor’s degree. At least half of the requirements in your major must be completed at Heidelberg. Financial AidTransfer students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Heidelberg's FAFSA code is 003048. While additional aid may be available, Heidelberg offers two specific awards just for transfer students. These awards cannot be combined: Transfer Academic Award Phi Theta Kappa Merit Scholarship Ohio Transfer Scholarships Personnel Dean's Data Form (PDDF)Download the Personnel Dean's Data Form (PDDF) |
