Our Heidelberg College Athletic Training Education Program would not be complete without the athletic training students. Currently, we have sixteen athletic training students in the ATEP affording a more one on one interaction with our Clinical Instructors. Our affiliated sites that work in conjunction with Heidelberg College are Tiffin University, a Division II Institution; Optima Rehabilitative Services, Stoner Health Center, Calvert and Columbian High Schools; and Fabrizo Chiropractic Clinic. Students have been very pleased with their exposure to different aspects in the allied health profession. As students reach senior status there are many options for them to consider. The majority of our students go on to pursue graduate work. Several of our students have gone on to schools such as, Ohio University, Uinveristy of Forida, Temple University, and West Virginia University. While at these Universities, they have been delegated responsibilities at local high schools, clinics, and intercollegiate Division I athletics. Other students have pursued other venues in massotherapy, physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, and nursing. As students reach senior status there are many options for them to consider.
